Religious Education

We believe in the importance of a strong faith.

The students attend church twice per week during school hours and have religion classes in each grade as part of the core curriculum.

The middle school students are also required to fulfill service hours through volunteer activites in support of the religious education requirements.

Small School Charm

At Mary, Queen of Heaven your child will have an enhanced education experience through small class and grade sizes allowing for more individual assistance from the teachers.

Each grade contains 1-2 classes per grade depending on the number of children enrolled with an average class size of 20 students per class.

Early education classrooms include assistant teachers and virtus compliant parent volunteers often helping the classroom teachers by assisting children during in-class activities.

Teachers are available through phone, email and in-person meetings for parents to be involved with their child's education.

Technology in Classrooms

Each classroom (K-6) is equipped with up to 5 iPads to enhance learning and development.

The 7th and 8th grade students will each have their own iPad in the classroom for advanced education capabilities.

Every classroom is equipped with a SmartBoard that connects to the teacher's computer and the school is equipped with a computer lab where students will learn how to use computers for purposes of education, research, and school assignments.
