“Our children and family have truly thrived at Mary Queen of Heaven School with its small class sizes and close-knit community. Every teacher and member of staff knows our children personally - it really feels like a family! Most importantly, our children are receiving the individual help they need to grow and succeed academically. Our oldest is dyslexic and wasn't receiving the instruction he needed to learn to read effectively in public school. With grade school teachers who are all trained in the science-backed Orton-Gillingham reading method and a resource teacher who is able to personally tutor him using the intensive Barton Reading Program during the school day, he has made enormous strides in his three and a half years at MQH. Not only is he reading well now, but he's happy, confident, and at home in his school - and his sister is as well!”
